In this report, we have studied the solutions for financing of decommissioning chosen in Sweden, the United States and Germany and Russia. Generally, we recommend all countries to follow our five criteria for decommission funds; individuality, transparency, self-repayment, independence and compliance regarding their decommissioning plans.

This report is a collection of events and details about the resistance to Rosatom’s pollution of the environment and violation of human rights. Social and environmental conflicts created by Rosatom have been left unresolved for years, while at the same time, environmental defenders who have raised these issues, have consistently experienced reprisals.
This report sums up the current status of nuclear power reactors in Russia; access to information, schedules and status of decommissioning conceptions and plans for NPP reactors; decommissioning of Leningrad nuclear power units: status of the process in 2019; background on radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel in Russia 2019; main trends of modern Russian legislation in the field of nuclear energy use; features of legal regulation of subsoil use for the disposal of radioactive waste, as well as environmental threats due to the accumulation of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste from implementation of intergovernmental agreements. 
This report sums up the situation for Russian nuclear power plant decommissioning, and the main changes in 2018. The report is part of the project “From closed rooms to openness”. The report contains summary of an expertise on Leningrad nuclear power plant’s decommissioning plan, and a summary of the report “Resource development of the Arctic region and NGO’s opinion”.
В последнее время все больше уделяют внимание арктическому региону и не только в мире, но и в нашей стране. Кольский экологический союз и РСоЭС подготовили доклад о том, как смотрят наши российские чиновники на Арктику, какие стратегии и планы они разрабатывают и пытаются реализовать – в основном для ресурсного использования региона. В этом докладе мы предлагаем взгляд неправительственных организаций на развитие и будущее Арктики.
