Appeal to CO17 delegates from the NGO observers of Russia and Ukraine on the KP-2, JI and carbon credits transfer

Russian and Ukrainian NGO observers prepared an appeal to the official delegations concerning second commitments of Kyoto Protocol, Joint implementation projects and transfer of carbon credits. Representatives of RSEU climate secretariat and Ukrainian NGO Working Group on climate change 06 of December distributed this document among delegates-participants of closed session on Joint Implementation projects within the COP.
